Kaitlyn serves as Managing Director at Garrison & Sisson, where she focuses on placing top tier associates and in-house attorneys. Since joining G&S in August 2016, immediately after earning her B.S., magna cum laude, from Old Dominion University, Kaitlyn has been involved in virtually every aspect of lateral recruiting. 

Kaitlyn not only has an incredible attention to detail and an almost photographic memory, but she is driven by “doing right” by both candidates and employers.  She is candid, thoughtful, and brings an unrelenting desire to make successful placements. She has earned the trust and confidence of some of the most discerning lawyers and employers in the region.
