Kathy Charlwood serves as the Senior Accounting and Human Resources Administrator for Garrison & Sisson.  She is responsible for all aspects of accounting to include annual budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.  Kathy handles the firm’s compensation and benefits management as well as talent acquisition for the administrative staff. She also partners with company leadership on strategic planning initiatives.  Prior to joining Garrison & Sisson in 2007, Kathy held various office management and human resource positions for companies in the legal, real estate, and manufacturing industries. Kathy earned her B.S. in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College.
