WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
Every aspect of my role at Garrison includes keeping things on track – this means I have to be simultaneously detail-focused and strategic. My goal is to leave no question unanswered while never being shy about asking questions myself. Colleagues and friends describe me as driven, focused, organized, efficient and responsive – but I balance this by being calm, warm and friendly because that’s my nature.
OVERVIEW
As the Partner Practice Manager for Garrison, Kendall is known as the one who “keeps the trains running” on the lateral partner side of the firm’s practice. Working with both the Garrison partner practice team and law firm candidates, she is adept at managing the process of identifying suitability and fit and successfully placing lateral partners in key roles at client law firms. Kendall is an essential part of the administrative team that has helped place Garrison at the top of the legal recruiting industry. Kendall’s critical role includes assisting with the research necessary to identify the best laterals, supporting search activities, and organizing recruiter marketing. She assists in developing communications, scheduling meetings, following up on all projects and much more.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
When not keeping the partner recruiting trains running at Garrison, being a law student keeps me very busy. But I love to make time for trying new art activities, such as crocheting, watercolor painting, and whatever intrigues me in a given moment. When the law books are not calling, I will read almost anything, but I especially like historical fiction and science-focused nonfiction.
Other activities I love include thrifting, trying new restaurants, and going to see new movies with friends. Originally from St. Michaels, Maryland, I try to visit with family as often as I can.
