I like to think of myself as having a very positive attitude that makes things easier for those around me. I’m a hard worker, focus on maximizing efficiencies, and take a very collegial and collaborative approach. I am always striving to put my best foot forward so I can help our clients do the same.
OVERVIEW
Tiffany supports Garrison’s Associate and In-House teams. Among her many responsibilities, she assists with researching and identifying potentially suitable candidates for searches, helping to research the market for law firm associates, preparing spreadsheets and managing interview scheduling, and generally supporting all of the other steps of the search process for the Associate and In-House recruiters. She also assists with many administrative matters within the company that support day-to-day operations.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
When not assisting Garrison reach company goals, I am either catching up on some me time or hanging out with friends. As a Maryland resident, there’s always much to explore around me. I spend most of my weekends enjoying the views in Baltimore or trying new food spots in DC. Other activities I love include walking, shopping, and reading. I also enjoy traveling and am making it a goal to visit different states and countries this year!
