Jennifer Burdman and William Sauers, previously Partners at Crowell & Moring, have joined King & Spalding as Partners in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. Ms. Burdman’s practice includes counseling clients on a broad range of matters relating to the acquisition, protection, licensing, and enforcement of IP rights. Mr. Sauers focuses his practice on patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright infringement litigation.
