Geoffrey Cooper, previously Associate at Krooth & Altman, has joined Carlton Fields as Senior Counsel and member of the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Finance Practice. Mr. Cooper represents mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions, including refinancing, construction, permanent financing, and acquisitions.
